When emotions feel overwhelming or confusing, therapy can offer a grounded space to slow down, make sense of your inner experience, and feel less alone with what you’re carrying. People often come to me when they notice they’re repeating old patterns, feeling empty or disconnected, struggling with anxiety or depression, questioning themselves, or feeling stuck in relationships. I offer a calm, steady space where you can feel understood and begin to untangle what’s been weighing on you.
